Is it true that shipping from the USA to international destinations is so ridiculously expensive? I've found magazines or oscar ads on Ebay.com so often but the shipping is always $15-30. For a sheet of paper or thin magazine! I regularly ship big envelopes like those internationally and it never costs more than 3.45€, which is around $3.80. It's annoying because as much as I'd like certain items I won't pay THAT much. Are there cheaper options and the sellers simply choose the fastest one? I can't imagine those prices are normal.
