At first I wanna thank everybody who wrote me comments,added me/my pic to their favourites and voted for me. *hugs ya all* I really appreciate that.

But as for the news about the drawing contest,I didn`t win.Lost against  two (of course abstract) paintings.

I don`t mind losing,but why against two pictures my little brother could have drawn!?Why do most of the people expect art to be something abstract with a hidden ( or made up ) meaning? >_<
But oh well,my pic has more than 550 favourites here on DA,never imagined that something like that would happen. ^_^

Yeah,uhm,just listening to the "Brother Bear"-soundtrack.

Feeling not too enthusiastic lately.I don`t feel like drawing and when I force myself to do so it either takes an eternity or the result is just pathetic.It`s as if I`ve reached a point where I don`t get any better,I mean,I draw,I do my best and the pics don`t look like I had imagined them.I still have serious problems with human anatomy and although I have drawn Jim more often than I can remember he still looks off-character in certain pics.And I don`t manage it to get better or fix those problems.Sometimes I also run out of ideas,I sit in front of my sketchbook and all I can think of drawing is another lioness.Great. >_< And then I look at other artists` works and even their quick pencil sketches look better than some of the pics I`ve spent hours on!I don`t know if it`s just a temporarily crisis or something worse.Just..dunno...
Some weeks ago I have won some auctions at Ebay but I guess the postal service hates me since I haven`t gotten one of them yet!And the packages should have arrived here long ago.
Plus the fools at Amazon.de have forgotten my order from 3 months ago,I bought a Disney calendar and it didn`t arrive.I wrote them two E-mails and they told me that the package couldn`t be delivered. o_O So my Mom ordered the calendar again from her Amazon-account.I`m really interested if I`m gonna get it now.
What else...Oh,yeah,I`ve gotten a job,since my Mom kept complaining about me sitting at home and doing nothing. -_- Our local toy store didn`t need anymore employees so all I got was a job at a DIY superstore.I have to work there for some hours,5 days a week.It`s not what I would call a fun-job but at least I`m earning some money now. *shrugs*
Well,the only effect that this has on me yet is that I`m tired and not keen on doing anything.

Hi everybody!

I won`t be able to answer any of your messages, mails or upload new pictures from September 28th-October 7th.I`m gonna visit my buddy in Vienna tomorrow, then on friday she comes to Munich with me and on Saturday joins us.That`s gonna be fun!Mwuahaha!!! ^___^ We`ll celebrate my b-day ( My 20th *ugh* b-day is on october 4th but a saturday`s better for a party than monday. )
before Wolvy has to go back on sunday but Lobby will stay until next thursday.

Oops,almost forgot that I still have to tell you about my trip to Florida.Heh. ^^"

It was soooo cool there!We went to everyone of the Disney Parks.The first one we visited was Animal Kingdom.Heh,we watched the Festival of the Lion King 3 times since we liked it so much.They had a 2 metre tall Simba who was standing on Priderock!I wanted to steal him and take him home with me but that would`ve been a little too conspicuous. *lol* On the Kilimanjaro Safari we saw lotsa African animals like giraffes,an elephant mother with her baby and antelopes.The Dinosaur-ride and the Bug`s Life-3D-show was pretty cool,too, except of the spiders which suddenly came from the ceiling (no real ones,of,course,but I nearly got an heart attack nevertheless). *hates spiders*
I can`t tell you everything we did in Magic Kingdom,the MGM-studios and Epcot since it was REALLY much!I had expected more in MGM,though,for example a real Behind-the-scenes look into animation studios.Ya know,like watching real animators work but all we saw was a short movie about animating characters,the same one I`ve seen 3 times at Disneyland Paris.
-_- But n the evening there was a firework show called Fantasmic,ya can`t imagine how cool that was!They projected scenes from Disney movies onto water fountains!Mickey as sorcerer stood at the top of a big rock in the middle of a lake and suddenly the black dragon from Sleeping Beauty appeared and fought against him!It was simply breathtaking with the fireworks and the music!
On two days we went to the water parks Typhoon Lagoon where I swam with (little) sharks and Blizzard Beach which was built like a winter landscape.Well,a winter landscape with temperatures of 100° Fahrenheit. XD
And Sea World!I finally touched dolphins and even fed them!They are so cute!Don`t feel like wet rubber like I`ve heard once but much softer.There even were two new-born babies! Dolphin babies!I`ve never seen something so cute in my whole life!And then I saw that almost 3-metre long orca-baby.Awwwww!!!They even had false killerwhales and beluga whales.Although I must admit that the basins were really much too small,I had expected them to be bigger. :/ What else?Uhm,oh yes,I touched stingrays.Feel like wet mushrooms. *lol*
Then we took part in an airboat safari where we saw alligators and after that we visited the Kennedy Space Center.Impressive!They had real rockets there ( at least I think they were real.)
Orlando is really a shopping paradise!I spent so much money on Disney and dolphin-merchandising and since my Mom couldn`t resist many things she had seen there,too,we had to buy another suitcase in order to get all the stuff back home. XP
I`m gonna upload some photos soon but since I took quite a lot I first have to see which ones are the bests.

Finally!And I have to say that I hate Frances!Ya knowm,the hurricane.And I hate United Airlines!Why?I`m gonna tell ya.

Thursday night , September 2nd :

Due to safety reasons we were moved from the 16th floor of our hotel to the 3rd one.

Friday night  :

Our hotel was evacuated since they still had some problems after hurricane Charly and didn`t want to risk too much.So we had to move to another hotel.

Saturday :

We were sitting in our room the whole day.Booooring!

Sunday :

We were supposed to fly in the morning but the Orlando airport was closed so we had to spend another night at the hotel.The hurricane wasn`t nice at all but since we weren`t in the near of the coast it wasn`t really dangerous.Everybody in the hotel was like „Oh my God,send everybody home!Let`s pray!Get water reserves and flashlights and whatever you do,don`t go out of your room!“etc. I mean,okay,people were still scared because of Charly but what I`ve experienced on this day wasn`t much worse than a storm we had in Bavaria only a week before we`ve went to Florida.There were fallen trees and damage like you know it from storms in the USA,too,but nobody was like "We`re gonna die!".I understand that people were scared in Florida but isn`t a 24-hour TV-show and newspapers which only write about the hurricane a little too much?Everybody was acting like the end of the world was coming.Sorry if I offend anyone,it`s just my personal opinion.(I`m talking about what was going on in Orlando,not the coast areas.I know that Frances did a lot more damage there.)

Monday :

Our original flight from Sunday, Orlando-Chicago-Munich, was changed into Orlando-Washington-Zurich-Munich.We had to wait over 2 hours to get our tickets and ran to our gate where our flight had a delay of about 1 hour and 45 minutes.In Washington D.C. we jumped out of the plane (you know what I mean *g*)  and dashed through the airport to our next gate,only to realize that our connecting flight to Zurich had left just a few minutes ago.So we spent again over 2 hours at the customer service and almost an hour at the ticket counter to get a new flight to Germany.Since there was nothing else left except a plane to Paris on the next day we had to stay at a hotel in Washington for the night.

Tuesday/Wednesday :

The flight from Washington to Paris was delayed again (what a surprise!) and we hardly managed to get our connecting flight to Munich.And now the best thing of all :
We haven`t gotten our luggage yet!And the guys at the airport don`t even know where it is! Ain`t that great!? *sarcastic laugh* Not that this was anything new,our luggage didn`t arrive with us as we came to Orlando two weeks ago but they found it and we got it in the next morning.Just hope it didn`t get lost now. *curses the United Airlines company*

So,uhm,yeah,it took us two days to get back home and I`m awake for more than 24 hours know and DAMN tired!I`ll tell ya about the two weeks in Florida ( which were really fantastic!) tomorrow or...whenever I`ll wake up again. XP

Aye,Dolphy`s finally going to Florida! *grins*

So I won`t be able to upload any pics or answer my mails from August 22nd till September 6th.

I`ve been waiting for visiting the U.S.A. since I was a little kid and now it`s time!Just hope that hurricane won`t get me. *looks around her* Well,and I`m not looking forward to that 12-hour-flight from Germany to Chicago and Chicago to Orlando but I guess I`ll survive it. We`ve planned to go to Disney World and Sea World ( I`m not a fan of aquariums but I`ve never seen an orca in my whole live and they`re my absolutely fave animals so I can`t resist. *sighs* ).My Dad wants to participate in a tour through the Everglades,heh,maybe my little brother gets "accidentally" kicked into the water and eaten my an alligator? *lol* Yes,I know,I`m evil. XD

*dances in a circle* Guess what?Guess what??Guess what???I`ve finally gotten my "Treasure Planet"-DVD!!! ^________^ Have seen it already 11 times in the last few days.Woa,I so LOVE Jim`s English voice! *drools* Hah,I was so happy!On
that day I had messed up my math-exam (math sucks!), came home totally annoyed and then I saw that package, literally "shining" towards me.Frightened my Mom by
shrieking when I saw it and ran as fastly as possible into my room to watch it.Hehe,the next day everybody at school wondered why I was in such a good mood. *lol* But I got the impression that some of my friends don`t ever really
listen to me.Since December I`m talking about nothing but TP,have drawn a bunch of pictures of Jim and Co.,have listened to "I`m Still Here" for months (took my discman with me),my exercice books are full of TP-stickers and images,
bla,bla,bla. Yesterday I told a very good friend of mine that I had gotten the Treasure Planet-DVD and what did she say? "What`s ´Treasure Planet`?" *arrrgh*
